- How do I place an
order using my Credit/Charge card?
To place an order, click either on Shop Cart, which will ask you
whether you want to add to your shopping cart, or click on the
item you would like to purchase.

will be within 14-21 days, depending on the model chosen and the shipping
address.
Perth metro
area: Shipping is free of charge.
Other
metro areas: Shipping depends on size of model ship.

other areas within Australia: on application

Shipping
is by international airmail courier. Please allow 14-21 working days for
delivery of your order. You are responsible for any customs, duty or tax
payments, which may vary from country to country.
- What is the
shipping cost?
Shipping is automatically calculated according to
the country of destination when you place your details in our shopping cart.
- What about insurance?
Insurance is FREE! Saves you worrying
about it!
- The model I would like to order is not listed, have
you got it?
We cater for special
orders. Please let us know by sending us an

or by filling out our Feedback form.
- Explain the
dimensions?
The dimensions are of the length, width and height of the
ship
after packing (usually includes between 5-15 centimetres/inches (depending on the size
of the model) on each side of the length as well as the height of the model, as
well as a few centimetres/inches on each side of the width of the model, for extra padding
to protect the ship).
- Which currency is used for payment?
Credit/Charge Cards online: Our online credit card processor
will default payment to your country's currency if available. You may
change the currency to Australian dollars, US Dollars, Japanese Yen, British Pounds,
Euro and many others.
Cheques/Bank Drafts are also accepted in
Australian dollars (AUD) or other currencies at our discretion.
- What about
special/custom orders?
Special orders may take longer to
be shipped, depending on the availability and design of the model. Contact us to find
out and to place your special order.
